Yes, of course i know they are close source, so i know that their author didn't show the specs. But, if possible that someone else get or hack the specs. And i dont think that is illegal to show a spec of a protocol. Anyway someone could post it anonymously.

Why don't you use ****** for reverse engineer the program. I hear that the program can be used for that, but I think it is supposed to be a debug tool.

Reverse Engineering IS illegal and so isnt smart to request something like that on a public forum..

Since your asking for someone to "hack" the specs and reverse engineering. im wondering why do you want the specs in the first place and what is your intentions?

It may violate terms-of-service to use unofficial software, whose operation was reverse-engineered, to connect to certain servers and services... but simply studying/deducing/publishing info about protocols is not illegal.

If you can specify ports to connect out to, you can easily write something to listen to the protocols and step through operations command by command. I did this to learn the Hotline protocol. Other protocols....
