don't guarantee things you can't prove. and i know they don't have a counter. frontcode did an interview awhile back at slyck.com (a long time ago) where they said they had 1 million unique ip's per day.

how many UNIQUE ip's does kazaa have? probly close to 2.5 million. bc everytime kazaa asks for a supernode from kazaa's server, another 'user' has been added to that count. it's not realistic. and you can't search all '5 million people' anyway, bc supernodes can only gather 30000 or 40000 users.

I haven't used kazaa but I have used Winmx.

The queues in Winmx are long and painful.

Though at the same time I am staying away from kazaa because of the spyware and worms.

I dont know about it. maybe youre right, it couldt handle it. Not that I care anyway. All i'm sure is that there is tons of others apps that work way better than winmx, where you find mp3s easier even with less users. Winmx used to be good when there was a lot of open nap servers around, but their new protocol just doesnt live up.

insult me a much as you want, it wont make winmx any better.
