If you are running a primary connection on 3.22, and finding that the WPN Primary is taking up most of your outgoing bandwidth and your ULs are very slow ... you have 2 choices til it's fixed or figured out more:
(1) - Turn off the outgoing bandwidth throttle. WPN overhead will drop down to the limit set in Settings, "WinMX Peer Network" - default is 7KB. WinMX will use the rest of your outgoing bandwidth for ULs.
(2) - Run a secondary connection if you must throttle bandwidth ('cause you need some for something else).
Option (2) also fixes the massive CPU drain that some users are reporting.
Option (1) has been working fine for me, as I'm not using the outgoing for anything else right now.
