On your keyboard hit "print scr" near the upper right hand side. Then open up MSPaint and press CTRL+V then crop out what you don't need, and save it out as a JPEG. Then just post it here. And don't worry, it's better to feel stupid for one minute, then for the rest of your life.

Ever get this figured out?
There is the attach file thing right below this text box, search around, find the file and post it

On a related note, I will post my similar question here. I don't wanna start a new therad. Hopefully it gets enuff recognition here.
How exactly do you edit pics in MS Paint? Let's say I have a winamp shot, but ONLY want to show Winamp and not my desktop. How would I go about doing this? (Cropping didn't seem to work too well for me........unless I did it wrong.)

When its first pasted in paint, click and hold the image, then drag it to the upper left edge, cut off what you need and let go
Then click in the blank space to unselect
Then go to the bottom right corner and drag that black pixel up to where you want

Thanks Phalkon. That was easy. Once again I was trying to make things harder than they really are. I do that a lot.

To take a print screen of the window which is at the front of the screen, just press alt then print scrn, that way you don't have to crop it.

You can't link it off your hard drive........
Resize it to 800x600, save as .jpeg, then attach with the built in function below this box
