WINMX sucks

Over the course of a few months i have noticed that WINMX is continually getting worse on a consistent basis. Is this due to new laws, the service being overloaded, bankruptcy ...what? I remember when i could search for anything- and get anything. Now its all gone to hell. The new version itself is a slug, with its search button not reponding to the clicks of my mouse and poor search results. Im assuming the company has fallen to new government regulatoin? I dont keep up to date with all the politics in p2p programs so fill me in.

winmx does not suck i've never seen a file sharing program with so many options and work so smoothly i use it all the time i hardly ever disconnect from it and yea you can use kazaa if you want viruses and unsteady connections but as far as file sharing goes use winmx

it rocks, its one of the only places I can get underground noncommercial music such as hardcore and metalcore. just like edonkey, I leave winmx open 24/7. Most files wont come in on one shot but if you leave it open you'll get anything you're looking for.

People who say Winmx sucks always surprise me, I have been using Winmx for the last two years, and have never had a problem. I can find all the music I want, and I am now using 3.22 and it works fine, with excellent Up/Download speeds.

It also suprises me to see that people say "WinMX sucks" personally, I think the network has only gotten better....

AFAIK, WinMX had never had to change anything because of any laws. And it's always w orked fine.

I've Used WinMX since before Naspter Shut down and i've had no problems with it eithr i am using 3.22 as well getting nice DL and UL speeds and good selection to as for the more popular artists i get upwards of 3,000 files for a general search. I like it also because i have found soem rarer mixes and state bands here. I also like how i can connect to open nap servers. Just my humble opinions anyway. I rather like winMX but to each his own. jsut keep the P2P movement going

WinMX is great, when it's not crashing my box. Bleh.

Winmx will sometimes stop responding to my mouseclicks on some of the buttons when it has been running a long time. Rebooting will fix this.

A lot of people have reported much improved performance with Winmx when using a RAM manager.
