Has anybody used this?

It looks to be promising, but does it really hold its own compared to office? If you have tried it, how is it?

Well im not gonna try it but it does look promising, its just because Im happy with my Office XP. Anyway here are some user opinions from the site:

Pete
"Better then OpenOffice"
User interface is much more similar to Microsoft Office then any other afternative I know including OpenOffice. If you want to switch from MS OFFICE, then PC SUITE would be the number #1 choice. Wordprocessor and spreadsheet are nearly identical and did not have any problems with document format.

Chronoshark
"Horrible for XP"
I used this program a lot with my old computer, which had Win98. This was one of the first things I downloaded onto my new computer. All of the functions are ok, but the word processor puts weird symbols into my typing, but when I print, it's ok. Bottom Line: Great for 98, Poor for XP.

RattleR
"Can't Beat it for the Price"
My Kids HS and Collage level move back and forth beatween it , Office XP, and Star Office 6 without so much as a second look. I find them using it most often as the mainstream text program, due in part to the easy to use magic text for papers and such.

NEO
"This is a great FREE Program."
You people that expect the world for free needs to get a grip. The company did a very good job on this software and I have MS Office, and it works better or just as good as it and I give it a 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work.

"Satisfactory"
It's not as complete as Easy Office or OpenOffice because it does not have program for creating/opening presentation (pps) files (at least I haven't figure out how yet) and increasing the number of rows for the table after I set it for the first time in it's word processor is quite cumbersome. But other that I found this software satisfactory. I especially like its graphic editor which has some rather cool effects like Emboss, Fish Eye, Mosaic etc.(well, don't compare it to Adobe photshop). Since EasyOffice is restricted to non-comercial use and OpenOffice messed up my desktop(specifically my shortcut icons - have to fix some registry to get it back to normal-I use Windows NT), this is the best choice for me.

Millylouise
"I could not even install this file!!!"
What a waste of five hours to download. After the download was complete, I try to install it and it would not even let me install on my computer. Oddly enough, my system met its requirements.

Most people give it a thumbs up on CNET although there are those people that are against the large .doc sizes and some of the other features. Of course these are CNET users, not US!

Good point hawkburn. I've checked those out and have now downloaded it. I can say that is the closest thing out there to MS Office. And it's FREE.
