I Love XP But DAMN....

Ok, I've had this OS for around a year now & never had any problems with it. I don't really know what tha hell happen 2 it but I can't delete ANYTHING off my PC now, it say's everything is copywrited & I don't have permission 2 delete it. Sumtimes it says it's bein' used by another prog which it can't be cuz I ended every task I could & it still said it was bein' used by another program. Well, any help is appreciated & thanks.
