motion sensor with camera?

hey all, i got a really nice intel pc camera and i was wondering if there are any programs that can turn on the camera and start recording if any motion moves in front of it....i know that some Quickcam programs do this...any ideas?

when i got my intel camera, it came with "intel auto snapshot" which, in the "configure" button, can be made to take snapshots when triggered by motion.
