Hi, could someone tell me if there is any point in changing the 'Throttle Process Interval' from the default of 200ms, and if so what are the benefits. Thank's

Eh...

I remember with WInmx 2.6, changing the Bandwidth throttle allowed for faster downloading of files. The trade off was that a higher percentage of CPU processing power was used up. Tinkering with it allows you to find the compromise that works well with your system.
Since using 3.1 + 3.2 I haven't adjusted the bandwidth throttle as everythink seems to be running great...

Hopefuly this helps.....

having a shorter interval will give more accurate results and a smoother graph line, but will consume more system resources(processor power). However, it is said to be less resource hungry on 3.2 than 3.1.
