Sharereactor & availability

o.k guys I got a serious question I have about www.sharereactor.com. alright like when I go on to sharereactor.com and I look up a title and I am looking to download the thing that I am looking for is availability of the file to see if I can get this quick(if it is popular) and if not (rare file) but like when I looked like at the same file 5 hours later it still has the same number of availability it doesnt change y so???? is it not updated or how does it work it would be very helpfull

I am new here to the forums but not no filesharing newbie if ya got a question for me I'll be happy to help.....

My doubt is that number is the number of original people to start with it. I doubt that it is possible to keep a dynamic list of available people or whatever. So when it says 5, it means that 5 people were the first hosts and distribuited it to everyone. Now rare files may not be rare anymore you never know.
