Hey every1,

I have a lot of old system recovery 'images' on my pc which I don't need anymore.
I know there's a way to delete everything but the last recovery status... could any1 tell me how please?
And how will decreasing the disk space you give to system recovery affect the recovery options? Does it simply allow to make less recovery images? Or are you able to make the same amount of recoverys, but are recoverys less effective or something...

Any help on the matter would be greatly apreciated....

Start>Run>"cleanmgr.exe" OK>More Options Tab>System Restore> Clean Up> OK...

Thanx, that freed up a lot of disk space...
Now can someoen answer my other question please?

Turning the amount of disk space reservered for System Restore does nothing as to the effectiveness of the restore points. It in fact just means that you won't have as many "system checkpoints" as you would normally have. I belive the default for 12% is one restore point either every 8 hours or 12 hours, but turning it down it make it say every 24 hours.
