Well the truth is out the so called protecters of rights have resorted to the use of Viruses in there' attempt to stop P2P I think I just might spend the day ripping every CD I own and make them available to everyone. As a tech I really hate Viruses about 50% of the P.C.s I repair are infected. Follow the link for more info http://www.virusbtn.com/

I don't know why the link didn't work for you works just fine from here. You would be surprised at the # of users who set up the P.C.with auto Task schedule and then turn them off. somehow they assume the machine can turn itself on. Me I trust nobody
and even scan my updates, call me parinoid but to me better safe then sorry. Take Care.

This virus is supposed to infect MP3 files and players. It was already talked about earlier in ZP. Apparently it's a hoax - at least, the RIAA denied it and many security experts confirmed it was a hoax. However with the new laws that are about to be voted in the US, it will be legally possible for the RIAA to use such tactics to fight P2P - we can therefore take this story as a good warning of what is coming up.
The virus was supposed to use a buffer overrun exploit in the MP3 players to execute malicious code.
Therefore if it is true then it's no use not downoading ".exe files a few kb large"...
