how do i make emule's downloads faster cause they are really slow please help

first of all, your going to have to give some info. whats ur connection? computer specs? how many sources? popular file? (dont give names)
tho ive never actually had the pleasure of using emule, i'd venture to say that it is prob. due to the nature of the network. IE, its not going to get better.
btw, post in the right forum please.... i dont remember hearing emule putting in support for the fasttrack network....
