in the traffic menu there is a "user name" for kaaza.
for example bill gates could be "billgates@kaaza"
other than identification purposes for other Kaaza users
in the upload/download process of what use is this label ?
Can it be used for e-mail ?

No, not for e-mail. It's like a handle or nickname.

Maybe you use frankd or whatever, it's simply a name. The kazaa lite users all have the same name by default.

Yep, like I said in a previous KL thread....

The name is just FT's way of making it simplistic. You could all have the name KazaaLiteUser@Kazaa.com and you'd still be able to find more from a certain user cuz below the visible level it's going by IP address.
