can ne1 pls tell me which r the p2p clients that connect to the same network. i got around 15 p2p clients and i dunno if ne of them r connecting to the same network. i recently found out that bearshare, shareaza connect to the same network - gnutella.
pls post a list of the major p2p apps which connect to the same network. that is i can share files with a user of another client (like grokster and KaZaA)
thanx a bunch.
PS. dont worry, i share round 8gb files each. im not a leech.

Clients connecting to FastTrack- kazaa/k-lite, imesh (as well as its own network), and grokster.
Clients connecting to Gnutella- Shareaza (as well as G2), XoloX, Bearshare, Gnucleus, Limewire/Aqualime, and Morpheus.
eDonkey and eMule connect to the same network.
Blubster and Piolet connect to the same network.
Others connect to their own network. WinMX can also connect to OpenNap Networks.

yea, thats pretty much it...
one question: about winmx's support for opennap servers:
if you could only choose one group of servers, which would you choose? based on ease of login, reliability, speed, files, and users??

SonikNap and DarkServers. but use NapMX to connect to them all. the more servers the better.

i dont want a lot of servers, bc as it is, my queues get huge, cuz i share so many varierities of files... programs, music, pics, and movies... no porn tho (lol, you'd be amazed how many pervs there are who download 'beach.jpg', and when i msg them saying its not porn, just a pic of the beach from the hotel, they cancel) anywy...
i just dont wanna fuck up my queues any worse than necessary...

If someone is going to connect to each network most people would use Klite for fasttrack, shareaza for gnutella, and piolet for blubster/piolet network. Does that mean everyone is going to use the fastrack or gnutella no..
