yup. Line breaks are not working, and sometimes I can't even delete text.
Line 3:Test area.
line 4
line 6.
Line 8. Hm, working now it seems. Let's see if this line being an edit changes anything...
Line 9. Well, things seem OK now.

I'm on Firefox and I'm having issues now that I've returned. I can't even see my cusor, and if I hit enter, the whole line decends as if the cursor is one line above where I'm typing

And while we are talking about problems, what happened to the "settings" button on the top of the page. It's a tiny invisible square now.
oh hey, I think the text box is working again. I wonder if reloading the page had anything to do with it.

I noticed in IE that the reply box sometimes doesn't show up either.
Chrome seems unaffected but I haven't tested it enough yet.

You may as well post any other issues you're having.
When I was at work today I was having the same issues using IE, but now it's OK with FF. I'm gonna try IE here at home and see what happens.

It's been a few hours. Time to test again
Test
test.
That's two lines of testing. The editor seems to be functioning normally pre-post.

The one thing I did find annoying was that, when using Chrome, the lines wrap by the character rather than the word. So if a word is right to the edge, and it's one letter too long, then the remaining letter moves down to the next line. I've also noticed that I have to re-space stuff whenever I copy news story snippets over here, but I'm quite sure that is browser related. I'm only using Chrome because Mozilla broke FireFox so that it crashes all the time due to the resources of multiple tabs. I've been finding that Chrome actually kind of sucks in terms of using it and they hide the resources being used by splitting up the resources into multiple tasks in the task manager - no doubt to make it look all efficient when really it's a semi-effective way to hide how resource heavy this thing is.
Thinking of trying another browser actually, but my schedule prevents me from doing wild experiments like that for the time being. :\

ditto. but it's no biggie to me, i've actually have started to like chrome even though i'm something of a FF fanboi. i hate how google is trying to mine our online data, yada yada yada. yeah, i'm also paranoid :P
back on topic, testing on chrome:

Yeah I've had problems with the auto save too, with it duplicating words and messing with the line wrap as well.*

Can anyone tell me what is up with the text when posting. It comes out as one paragraph and just plain fucked up in general?

The text editor is fucked up, at least it is when using IE.
I made a post in site announcements about it yesterday, and Jorge has been notified so hopefully he will get it fixed soon.
