Link from Zelda series to the Gamecube version
Spawn to the X-box version
Bare-fisted Heihachi to PS2 version
Personally I can't wait to see Link kicking some ass w/ his master sword, Spawn sounds like a cool addition as well, Heihachi, well nothing we haven't seen from Tekken already, so I think PS2 got jipped, but O well, check out the link for full details
