I realize there are many posts about connecting through firewalls, but I'm new at all this so most of it was above my head. This is what I know. My college has a firewall, and I can't connect at all to Kazaa lite. I clicked the alternative 80 port, but that did nothing for me. what are my options?

If it were me, I would go to the computer science dept, find the geekiest guy there, give him $20 bucks and this last years swimsuit calander, and tell him to fix it.
but thats just me.
Find someone else that is there, that can successfully share files, examine what ports they use, etc, see what's different. If your network admins dont want you to share, your likely sol.
