I have a 512 kbps connection but my downloads are going slower sometimes then with a 56 kb modem. When i connect to my ISP it says that i'm behind a firewall (when I open the show all connections window) could this cause my problem with kazaa. Downloading from the internet with Internet explorer goes at normal speed.
