Hi, here is a screenshot of my bandwidth. As you can see, it really is slow. Sometime an initial transfer starts out rather fast ( 8-10 kb ) but then it always drops really fast to really low or it even stops at times. It really frustrates me when I can't get the files I want. Can anyone help?

I'm on 512K ADSL, Secondary Connection, not limiting incoming bandwidth and limit outgoing bandwidth to 4000. Also, what does the Throttle Process Interval option do, and does it affect my speed? Any help is appreiated. Thanx :bling
