picture disappeared!

Hi to all.
My O/S Windows XP Prof. Outlook Express has suddenly stopped including my pictures in sent messages, my friends just get the old RED CROSS!
This has worked ever since I bought the computer 2 months ago, I just click on INSERT PICTURE browse,highlight it and open then OK!
I have checked all settings in O.E under options ie, include picture in message. HTML on. Security - Internet Zone!

Make sure your friends dont have the,"do not allow attachments that could be harmful" box checked on there computer .Used to get lots of red x boxes from friends when really it was my computer had this checked.
