Is there a way to take DVD rips (you know the 700 MB files) and burn them to make SVCDs, i know there is, but the trick im looking for is to burn them to DVD-Rs. Can anyone help?
Thanks

TMPGEnc is not free, but you use it to join avi files into one big file then convert them to SVCD!

DigitalJunkie is correct as usual.
Also, you may want to get Pecks Power join, and make sure your files are in a folder, not the root of a drive. Join them together, in to one big file, then convert if needed.
This joining worked for me plenty of times, and for someone else here this week.
Its also free, small and simple.
