Hi,
I am currently trying to build my website and would like to have a flash Introduction page. I have purchased one from a template site. I would really need help as to how to embed it into my site. Any advise would be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Usually you need to open your flash program and find something called 'edit text' or 'edit objects'. Do that and then go to publish, and it should give you a set of files, as well as HTML codes to embed it in your site. That's pretty much how the one I tried works, woof.
I suggest to try a simple text animation first to learn it, and then add pictures and other stuff later.

Real or not, there are about 25,100,000 results (http://www.google.com/search?q=Flash+tutorials&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a=) http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l153/shell63/link4.gif (googled) for Flash tutorials.
The instructor told us that we were welcome to use them at anytime for our projects / finals (as opposed to some b*tch instructors who want everything done one letter at a time.).
One might also do a search on Java Script. You will need it.
