Now working perfect after 2 weeks since installing

You have to describe your problem: What doesn't work? Connecting or copying?
First of all use a secondary connection
If is not connecting just be patient it will in 5 - 8 minutes.
If is not copying the problem is biger: this was mine too : everything was timing out. ---- INCREASE the time out limit in settings to... 150 - 200 seconds ( for both uploads and downloads) Close completely the program and open it again.
If is still not working be patient close the PC ( when you want) and when you open it try again --- It worked for me after 2 days since doing those things (but could be a coincidence thow)

FINALLY if still don't work take the new WinMX -- 3.11 beta2 it is supposed to work better and for more information try this site

Stay with 3.11Beta-1, Beta-2 connects to a different server,
you will not get many results there.:shy


Due to certain protocol changes, BETA 2 connects to it's own network, separate from ALL other versions of WinMX, including BETA 1. Therefore, the amount of search results and other users will be very small compared to other versions. If you are uncomfortable with this, please refrain from downloading BETA 2, as we will be releasing a final v3.2 very, very soon. Also, due to the very small initial size of the network, you may experience some delay connecting. Please just let it run and be patient.

Partially true. I had a good reason for telling him BETA 2.
His problems aren't the results (by the way i use beta 2 so i know about the low results). HE CAN"T GET IT TO WORK MAN! That's the big problem here
This beta 2 is supposed to work almost for everybody (the final 3.2 will work perfect thow). Anyway he should take the most NEW version to see if works.
Because if either this one doesn't he's got a big problem (and i bet it will be from his ISP). I'm saying this because i had problems with version 3.1 but 3.11 beta 2 works very good (again true about the low results but that wasn't the point)
