Well seeing that this is my first GO at your forum,I will start of by wishing all you lovely people a very Happy New Year!
Now the SUBJECT will possibly intrigue you (I hope so!)
It is quite true,I have spent this day trying in turn to use,(in this order!) "eMule", "eDonkey" and "overnet" All one at a time of course and I uninstalled each one before installing another!
Now I filled in all the options according to instructions given to me by other successful users! Plus my share folder holds 42 Gbs of good tested movies! But neither of the programs work for me, I connected in each case and I was ready to start a search by entering DVDRip.Video or I went into "Sharereactor" and downloaded a movie (it even went into the download file!) But whatever I touched after this caused my computer to reboot!
Yes I have been all day on this,so I would dearly like an answer to my prayers!
Thank you. Norman Howard.

Well, lets start off with some basics
-what OS are you using?
-are you using the latest versions of the clients?
-have you done all your windows updates?

I'm no expert on these clients (or any client for that matter), actually, I've never used them, but if you have xp, I may have a solution for you

Right click on My Computer on your desktop, next, go down to properties, then go to the advanced tab, then under startup and recovery, go to settings

The fifth check box should say automaticly restart (for when you have a system failure), uncheck that box

Maybe I misunderstood your question, but try this, might help you somewhat, if not, please hold for the next available ZP techie....

Well, due to the nature of your prblem I am assuming you're running Windows XP. The reason it's doing this is because the program causes ur computer to crash, to stop it from rebooting do the folllowing:

1. Right click on "My Computer" on the desktop and hit "Properties"

2. Flip over to the "Advanced" tab at the top.

3. Under "Startup and Recovery" hit "Settings"

4. Under "System Failure" there should be a checkmark in "Automatically restart", uncheck it.. Hit "Ok", and "OK" again

It shiould stop doing it now.

PPS: CRAP! While I was typing Phalkon30 answered with the exact same thing!

Glad we could help

Now stick around ZP for a while, chill in some of the forums, and learn, you probably won't regret it :)
