In view of a recent post here I need to apologize to some of the administration/moderators here and have altered my DON WEBB’S MEGA THREAD posting from earlier today a bit.
Having no idea of what was going on, no PM no nothing from anyone I jumped the gun and accused “The Administration” as a whole for the current situation here at the Lounge.
I apologize to any administrator, mod, he or she whatever that I inadvertently may have offended or accused of any wrongdoing.

Oh, no. I completely think that we need 968,673,894 different threads that have the same purpose. We need 14 different ACORN threads, 167 different Obama-as-a-nazi-threads, and 467 different threads blaming liberals for the end of the earth.
We also need 1 vegan thread, 1 thread each for ELF and ALF, 1 feminist thread, an ACLU thread, a Teamsters thread...
Oh, that's right, we have all those things by just carrying on. All of us bleeding heart liberals. Except apparently Don and another that I'll skip on mentioning.
Whatever.
Cry about it.
If it's a pulpit you want, you should see if your beloved WND has any writer's positions open, though since all you really seem capable is is plagiarizing them, you likely wouldn't last long.
Just as most of this we hear from “bleeding heart liberals,” this of course is a grave over exaggeration of the facts.
If you object to the criticism of this so adamantly, what are you doing reading posts in the DON WEBB MEGA FORUM anyway….??
Of course I will not flame you for this, or single you out as I feel we all have a right to voice our opinions.
We're glad you came and please feel free to return anytime, we are open 24/7, and do not close on Holidays...........:bigok:

On C-Span’s Washington Journal this week, Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK), the godfather of global warming deniers, said that he will travel to the climate change summit in Copenhagen this fall to present “another view.” “I think somebody has to be there — a one-man truth squad,” he said. Throughout the program, Inhofe went through his tattered global warming denier claims: that climate change is a “hoax,” that CO2 is not a pollutant, and — latching on to the latest false right-wing talking point — that clean energy legislation will cost American families $1,700 a year. At the end of the interview, Inhofe explained what guides his views:
CALLER: Yes, I agree with the Senator on what he says about the climate change. I believe that the world is just changing like it usually does. [...]
INHOFE: I think he’s right. I think what he’s saying is God’s still up there. We’re going through these cycles. … I really believe that a lot of people are in denial who want to hang their hat on the fact, that they believe is a fact, that man-made gases, anthropogenic gases, are causing global warming. The science really isn’t there.

Truth is, Don, I don't really want to hear from the asshats I refer to for the "liberal" representation either, as I have just as much - if not more - distaste for their views and methods as well.

Yes, I used to think the same way, being loud and ugly isn’t exactly my cup of tea either
However, conservatives found out “the hard way” that this does not win elections.
Hey, with every Ferderal Law Enforcement Agency in the Country going after ACORN and checking into “all” of these Community Organizers, maybe we’ll save a $100 MILLION or so and get some of these criminals in jail where they belong.
I’d get a soar throat for that anytime.

However, conservatives found out “the hard way” that this does not win elections.
And that is 120% of the problem right there. Running America and winning elections are not the same thing. That little bit of knowledge was lost a couple decades ago to politicians, and now any political office is just a place to make money for a single individual. Usually at the cost of stepping on the little guys as if they were the dirt beneath their high-and-mighty feet.

And being loud and ugly didn't win them a presidency nor save them any seats.
Go figure.
Though, I hear Sarah Palin was singing a different tune in a speech she gave in China, abdandoning the batshit rhetoric that so painted her VP run.
Palin coming in sane? In a country with an often short and selective memory, that could be a threat.
Even more so if Obama and the dems don't grow a fucking pair and get something done.
Insanity was a victory for the Dems, impotence will be their loss.

Democracy did not end nor is the republic bowing to Mecca? The country is not all gay and there isn't a commie under every bed.
The same political battle is going on in the same manner as before "under one roof."
The great hobby of American political discourse continues.
Now it is in one easy shopping location.

Most people believe that U.S. workers have the right to paid sick days, yet according to the
U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, almost half of full-time, private-sector workers have no sick
days at all. Government data also shows a national trend toward a reduction in paid sick days.
Workers need about seven sick days each year to manage their own health care. But for almost
half of U.S. employees, the absence of sick pay is likely to cause them loss of income, a job or
advancement, says the National Partnership for Women & Families.
The U.S. federal Family & Medical Leave Act enacted in 1993 provides only unpaid days for
serious illness. There is currently no federal law guaranteeing a single day of paid sick leave to
workers.

First off I had nothing to do with recent events and most importantly I would like to take the opportunity at this time to advise all members and mods that I personally do not give two shits what is posted on these boards provided it's not spam or openly trolling another memeber and being a complete douchebag.:op:
Some of you post about cocks and tits and shitting and others about liberal propaganda and right wing rhetoric. Some of it I find distasteful (READ - :lame: ) but as a free thinking human I exorcise my right to ignore what I don't like and respond to what I do. I even encourage respoding to what you dont like provided it is in a respectful context of sharing your own opinion that you as a free thinking human have a right to bear.
Any bans I have advocated to this point were well deserving. :AR15firing:
Alot of you seem to forget that as long as this place has been around there has always been a tolerance for some subjects and even the use of explatives that in most other forums are not allowed and that is why most of us at one time or another decided to post and hang around. I defend my right and yours to disagree and I defend my right and yours to say what we want without being persecuted for freedom of thought or opinion.:soapbox:
I will NOTthrow your conversations in one thread when I disagree with your opinion and I will not BAN any of you without due cause, due cause meaning you are being an asshole to others and provoking through name calling and/or trolling or selling penis enlargement pills. :spam::chairshot:
If you do not like a poster than I heavily encourage use of the ignore button that has been provided by the administrators for your personal peace of mind and ease. I also give my word I will not allow anyone to be banned for thought and will unban you if I see any of you being victimised in that manner.

“Mandate Penalties” could go as high as $1,900 on Americans who choose not to have Health Insurance under the current plan being rushed thru, if not paid this could get you in legal trouble with the Internal Revenue Service IRS according to the Joint Committee on Taxation.
Yes, insurance coverage would become “Mandated, Required it would become Law” under the Democrat plans being tossed around, and you could go to Jail…..!!!
Violators could be charged with a misdemeanor and could face up to a year in jail or another $25,000 penalty.
Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.), pursued the line of questioning on Thursday because he said a lot of Americans don't believe the Constitution allows the government to mandate the purchase of insurance.
Ensign got a clarification on what the result of "normal collection proceedings" might be, and got it in writing from Committee's chief of staff Thomas Barthold
The IRS would "take you to court and undertake normal collection proceedings” you could be charged with get this now,
"Felony Tax Evasion, which provides for restitution and a fine of up to $100,000 for an individual and up to Five Years in Jail."

They’ve trusted the Big Government before and here is what they got, you think maybe by chance this could be why they think so?
WASHINGTON – Big job losses and a spike in early retirement claims from laid-off seniors will force Social Security to “pay out more in benefits than it collects” in taxes the next two years, the first time that's happened since the 1980s.
Social Security, Medicare and its coverage of prescription drugs have an unfunded liability that exceeds $100 TRILLION. When those roosters come home to roost, they will make the financial meltdown we've been though look like child's play.
What happened? The recession hit and many older workers suddenly found themselves laid off with no place to turn but Social Security.
Wait just a darn minute here; doesn’t Big Government seize these Funds under the threat of Arrest and Jail for our Retirement?
You know, you’re not responsible enough to do it for yourselves so Big Government does it for you is how the story goes.
However, you see the Big Government boys and girls decided that all those Trillion$ and Trillion$ lying around just wasn’t right, so they’ve taken it and Pissed it away on who knows what?
Yes sports fans, you know all that money seized from you, out of every Pay Check, you know that money you were told was seized for your own good, for your retirement?
Well it’s paying the retirement claims of seniors right now. The Big Government boys and girls have pissed away all the money they seized from them over their entire lifetime and now need yours to keep up the payments to these retiree’s.
Just an example of how ARROGANT some of these people are watch this it’s short:

As far as the indomitable Don Webb spam machine is concerned.... I am glad the mods have taken a stand to actually engage in some active moderation around here. Although I pretty much ignore Donnie's daily spamathon, others have become upset with his subtle race baiting. I can recall at least two occasions where a less established member would have been banned outright. A lot of good and valuable members have simply chosen not voice their opinions and don't come around anymore because of the constant political tension. It's a shame.
I'm all for a dedicated political thread and I welcome Don's bullshit there. I would rather not have to wade through 30 political/right wing spam threads every time I log on.

Don Webb is a fucking piece of shit and I'm sick and tired of giving him a pass. Again, I say emphatically that it has nothing to do with his politics. I welcome his politics fully. It's his posting style, oblivious demeanor, and blatant disregard of what others say to him, including mods that I have a problem with. There isn't one single reason to let him keep posting freely on this forum
Don Webb is no more a fucking piece of shit than you are and as for his posting style, demenor or how he regards anyone, and your opinion of him because of his posts or personality, that does not give you the right nor is it reason enough to singlehandedly censor or ban him simply because you disagree with it.
He has not broken any forum rules.
Forum rules.
Have you ever broken any?
Have I?
He is no better, or worse, than either of us.
And that is reason enough to allow him to continue enjoying his membership here freely and without fetter.
Now lets go talk about titties and beer, and leave this be.

False, he has, and has been banned for it before.
Have you ever broken any?
Have I?
He is no better, or worse, than either of us.
That is neither here nor there. Not once before now has any of my ranting been about us. If you really want me to answer those questions, I will, but they don't matter in this matter.
And that is reason enough to allow him to continue enjoying his membership here freely and without fetter.
*
As I said, he has broken rules, and the only reason no one wants to do anything about him is his posting style and content is one in the same. You punish him for one, and you are censoring the other. And for the record, I'm not a piece of shit. Maybe a half-used shred of toilet paper, but not shit. I actually care about how I affect others, and I care about how they feel about me. DW shows none of this. I did not make the decision that started this diarrhea tsunami lightly, but I still stand by it because I know that Don needs to leave. He belongs here about as much as a truck full of wire coat hangers belong at a pro-life rally. You can argue all you want that they will need to hang their coats, but it doesn't change the fact that it's out of place and really inappropriate to everyone at the rally.

Oh Boy, Criminal Charges for ACORN Now..!!
More than a dozen Federal State and Local authorities are looking into ACORN's activities.
But, when ACORN took to Las Vegas the activist group was making a far bigger gamble than it ever guessed, according to Nevada prosecutors.
Until now, prosecutions for voter registration fraud have focused on ACORN workers, and authorities have secured guilty pleas from several who admitted to falsifying voter registration forms.
But when investigators from Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller's office raided the ACORN Las Vegas office, Ross says they found a paper trail that implicated the ACORN organization itself. We came across Acorn Policy Manuals that outline their policy of creating a quota system, which is against the law.
This, in fact, was something that was widespread and something the organization itself knew about, and it's important to hold the organization criminally accountable as opposed to the individual field directors.
ACORN paid a bonus per day to workers who would sign up 21 or more voters per shift, the first step toward corrupting the democratic system.
By filing these charges we are sending a clear message we are not going to tolerate these kinds of activities. We have seen voter registration abuse before and we are holding these people accountable.
These charges strike at the heart of having integrity of the electoral process. That's something that is important in Nevada and the entire country.

1) If the mods want to bitch, bicker, and girl-slap-fight, do so in the hidden mod forums. I don't think anyone is impressed with the posturing out in the public forums. All in all, it's a childish display.
2) Kudos to Don - the man seems to be adjusting and embracing the change. For the debate of "who's the bigger man" my vote is honestly in Don's favor. And no, I'm not a fan of his political views, demeanor or anything else, but credit must be given where credit is due.

Thats how to do it. I personally don't like ZP anymore because of the content so I do not come here but maybe once a week and only to see what a few people are doing. I am sure soon I will be gone for good. If I wanted to visit a politics forum I would go look for one but instead my favorite forum was turned into a politic soapbox for douche bags. This forum is not fun. Its not enjoyable and its not worth getting worked up about anymore. its totally ruined beyond repair as is obvious by looking at the thread being posted.
I think ZP has been destroyed only because a few people secretly like/love what Donn is saying and doing so they stand up for him by saying "censorship" this and that which is bullshit. ZP got used by a troll with a political agenda and no matter how much you agree with his message ZP should not have been turned into an anti-Obama playground. It took all the fun out of ZP. BTW, I don't give a fuck about Obama at all. He is just another dumbass president in a long line of dumb ass presidents. So if you think I am pro Obama you are a dumb shit anyways. I HATE politics and I think people who worship political parties are the lowest scum on Earth, other than Bible thumpers. Grow a brain and learn to see what is really going on in the world and turn off the talk radio long enough to form your own opinion.
Okay, this post is too long. I hate to spend this much time here and i hate it even more when I am responding to this bullshit subject. I am not sure why I bothered to respond anyway. I only wanted to check in on a few people and see if they were still here but all I see is more bitching about this same subject that has been allowed to go on for way too long.
This site was never intended for this sort of trolling soapbox fuckfestering bull. Hope all three of you people enjoy it because look around....you are the only ones left.
Everyone delete their threads and be done with it. No one will notice.

Damn. I just went back and read some of the responses to this whole mess. Man, this is so uncool. Its obvious that some people only stick up for Donn because they like what he is saying and doing here. Thats fine I guess but it shows how some people are unable to make proper judgments that need to be made for the continued well being of the ZP forums. I never thought I would see some of you people in the light I now do. I find it sad in many ways. One person has turned many friends against each other, much like what is going on in the real world with all the terror news being hawked on FOX every day, and now I find this forum useless. Shit. Such a fucking shame.
I hope to see some of you cool people around, perhaps in other places, but to Hell with this BS. I need a place to hang that is fun and has other people who like to have fun too. Here, there are only people who wish to make a fight and get off on doing just that. Thats selfish and dumb. Enjoy it. I have had more than enough of Donns new ZP crew. Smile Don! You WON! No one did diddly squat. Don posts his opinion, and although its almost always blindly, its still his opinion. I don't understand why people need to keep reading his threads if they despise them so much. If people didn't bring attention to his posts they would simply disapear, if they aren't then clearly people are posting in them, and clearly is causing discussions. If you really can't stand him just block him, if that isn't enough than I say you have a serious anger management problem. Censorship sucks, and I'd rather have some ignorant posts than someone watching over and banning stuff simply because they disagree with the message. So long as its not blatantly racist, or what not I can give two shits about what someone wants to post.

I also heard that ACORN signed up most of Zeropaid's 510,000 members. :27:
That’s good I like that, it points out in a way the humor in how this corrupt organization has been ignored for so long and still is being ignored by not only the Lame Stream Media but with many of those on the Left who even after all that has transpired, defend ACORN’s activities, it’s truly laughable. (Im not accusing you of defending them here)
For those who didn’t read the entire story I posted, the humor in the story from Las Vegas is the fact ACORN actually created a name for the illegal program and hung a huge sign in the ACORN Office promoting it.
They called it the "Blackjack Bonus.” If you turned in “21” voter registration cards for the day you got a Bonus on your pay, the program was instituted with the approval of higher-ups in that office.
Oh yeah, the bonus was a whole $5, hardly worth breaking the law for? FYI, this is the ACORN office which allegedly submitted the names of the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys as new voters.
Look, I have nothing against Community Organizations, much to the enjoyment of some here I’ll be busy the next week or so volunteering for one myself and probably won’t be around much. We’ve had some flooding here in the Atlanta area, I’ve been asked by a friend to lend a hand.
But, when you start paying to register people to vote, much less institute a Bonus System into it, it simply invites corruption as we can plainly see in this situation. (I believe this should be a volunteer activity personally)
An organization with hundreds of affiliates nation wide and Million$ of Federal Funds involved we’re going to be hearing a lot more I’m sure.
This particular investigation started back during the elections, its just now coming to light, many others will follow as these investigations into ACORN continue.

If you live in one of these states and you’re on unemployment grab hold of something before you read this.
Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Wyoming
A House Bill passed with the original hope among the Democrat House leaders was to get quick approval giving you only 4 extra weeks of unemployment benefits. You see your state has less than a 8.5 unemplyment rate.
But hey, they want to extend benefits up to 17 weeks to those in states where the unemployment rate is 8.5 percent or above.
The House bill passed last week by a 331-83 margin, with supporters arguing that the 8.5 percent threshold was needed to hold down costs.
Billion$ and Billion$ for Banks, Insurance Co., Automobile Unions and who knows what but they cant extend unemployment benefits to “all” the unemployed, what a disgrace these people are..........:smashfreakB:
With 15 Million unemployed and hundreds of thousands having already lost their benefits or about to lose them in the coming weeks this would leave the unemployed in your states without this extention.

The Holy Grail for ACORN Researchers
ACORN's own lawyer in a 15 page memo had warned ACORN and it’s Major Affiliates 15 months ago about fixing its "massive internal problems" or face certain catastrophe it’s been found.
ACORN didn't listen.
Instead they knowingly let their problems continue and fester into what paints a picture of an activist conglomerate headed into utter meltdown. It confirms most of the serious allegations about ACORN now being heard on Capitol Hill.
The part I like best is where they explain about their mixing of partisan political activities with funds received by a Tax Exempt 501 Corporation. You see it is illegal to use those funds for the purpose of patrician political activities in any way. Hummm, sounds like their getting close?..:omfg:
Anyone who follows the news know that the activities of the ACORN network, a tangled mess of interlocking directorates and hundreds of affiliated tax-exempt groups that routinely swap seven-figure checks, have long cried out for a probe under federal racketeering laws, this may be the icing on the cake.
My Contribution .
:bukkake:
It’s too large to post here, but the whole memo can be seen at BigGovernment.com among other links, who recently exposed the videos of ACORN employee’s corruption at work.
So get you a “cold one” maybe 2, it is 14 pages, all good incriminating pieces of evidence exposed about ACORN by it’s own Lawyers about it’s corporate misdeeds.

I think it matters very little, Don. The reality is that climate pollution will be controlled... one way or another .... regardless of whether or not congress acts. The EPA (you remember them don't you....GWB managed to cripple it but not kill it) will jump in if Congress does not. That's the law (as interpreted by our courts). Action by congress is actually something that Republicans should want in order to preempt action by EPA.
In April, the EPA followed through with the Supreme Court’s 2007 directive to determine whether carbon dioxide is a threat to human health and welfare. The agency’s finding that it is a threat is expected to be finalized this fall. The EPA would then be required to begin the process of regulating emissions from a several sources.

Yes that’s a pity for others as well as myself. But, this will at least delay them from acting until next year at a minimum, which just happens to be an election year also.
This delay will also keep it from being rammed through without further consideration from the general population, those who will have to pay the increased costs of this Cap and Tax Bill those who’ve been told their Taxes would not be raised.
Either way it turns out, we will more fully understand if this is what we want, or just that of what the current administration has decided is best for America.
With the economic situation as it is and the intense involvement against many of the policies of the current administration, I don’t think this is going to go over very lightly.

Democrat Campaign Fundraiser Goes to Jail
Geeeeezzz, the corruption just never ends, at least this one has bit the dust now.............:usa2:
The judge who accused him of funding his fraud by manipulating the political process in a way that "strikes at the very core of our democracy," sentenced former Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu to more than 24 years in prison.
Norman Hsu a fugitive for the last 15 years, wanted by authorities for skipping out on grand theft swindling charges in California has been carving out a prominent place of honor among Democratic fundraisers.
The judge said Hsu stole more than $50 million from hundreds of investors in a 10-year Ponzi scheme, his conniving use of the political process to fund his fraud made his crimes much more sinister and reprehensible.
You see, donations from individuals are limited as to the amount each can contribute to a candidate, a straw donor a person who uses another person's money to make a political contribution in someone elses name is illegal. This is what he had done.
The government said at trial that Hsu used clients of his fraudulent investment business, including actors and other political novices, as straw donors to make hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign donations to Democrats.
Hsu donated about $850,000 of his own money to political candidates and helped raise $1 Million for Democratic candidates.
Barrack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Al Franken, Bill Richardson and others were all recipients of Norman Hsu's illegal campaign contributions.
Hsu co-hosted a California fundraiser for Obama's political action committee and introduced the Illinois Democrat to Marc Gorenberg, a Silicon Valley venture capitalist who later joined the Obama campaign's national finance committee.
Hsu also made donations to the Obama’s Senatorial Campaign back in 2004.

GOOD NEWS
Looks like they’ve been busy in the Senate since the objections over a bill passed in the House covering benefits for the unemployed.
The Senate reached a deal Thursday to extend the unemployment benefits an additional 14 weeks to all the unemployed in every state modifying a House Bill that would have extend those benefits to only those in states where the jobless rate is 8.5 percent or above.
Also on the table: an extension for laid-off workers to help them keep the health insurance their former employers provided, known as COBRA. The current program, which covers workers laid off through the end of the year pays for up to an amount equal to 60% of the cost of that coverage.

Obama and the Democrats rage daily about the Private Insurance Companies and how the Racist Knuckle Dragging Neanderthal Republican Party wants us to DIE QUICKLY.
We need Regulations to keep them under Control, we’ve got to Control Costs, these Greedy Bastards deny you coverage when you get sick
The Billion$ for Government Health Care is the only way to Save the World; we have to ACT NOW, we don’t have time to actually Read the Bill so we understand it.
A couple of things to think about with this newest bill being tossed around: A "Public Government Option" if passed would be administered the same as Medicare.
In 1967, official estimates said Medicare would cost $12 Billion by 1990.
The actual price tag ended up being $110 Billion, nearly 10 times that estimate.
Medicare also has $50 Trillion in un-funded obligations to pay on top of that
And, the Congressional Budget Office has also said, 16 Million US citizens will remain uninsured under the plan?
Of course don’t forget you could be spending time in jail as well as paying fines of up to $100,000.
Oh, by the way, did you know that Medicare is the Highest Denier of Medical Insurance Claims

More Union Payoffs by Obama “Executive Order 13202”
First thing about this “Executive Order” is that it demands that Federal Construction Projects under the Stimulus Plan have “Project Labor Agreements” PLA’s.
This means that Federal Construction Projects must either hire Union Labor or pay all workers on Federal projects Union Wages and discriminates against the “92.5 percent of private sector employees who have chosen not to unionize."
Looks like Obama could care less about what 92.5% of working Americans think and is playing butt buddy with his Union cronies instead?
But wait, don’t go away, there’s more, it gets more interesting?
These Non-Union Workers now getting Union Wages will have a little Extra deducted from their newly found Union Wage gold mine.
You see the “Government” will also be deducting “Union Dues” from their paychecks, this regardless of whether these workers are Union Members or not and fill the pockets of Corrupt Union Officials with Tax Payer Funds?
Kirk Pickerel president of the Associated Builders and Contractors trade group reveals, “84 percent of U.S. construction workers alone do not belong to labor unions.”
Stimulating the economy isn't nearly as important to Obama as putting Federal Dollars into the pockets of his Union Cronies it would appear.
Simply put, this is neither about jobs, or stimulus of the economy, this drives up the costs of the project, will cause delays, and is simply a Massive Payoff from Obama to his supporters in the Unions made at the expense of the American Tax Payers.

Insurers say Health Care Bill would lead to "System Collapse"
The bill will Mandate you have coverage, if you do not you would pay a penalty.
At issue is what insurance companies consider absurdly low penalties for people who choose not to buy health insurance.
If it is mandatory to provide insurance and no pre-existing health conditions apply, people will just wait until they are sick to get coverage, they will buy insurance only when they desperately need it because penalties are far less expensive than buying insurance.
People would come in and pay premiums for only a few months while getting treatments, if enough people did that, the whole system would collapse.
Insurance companies, under that scenario, would end up spending more to treat patients than they would receive in premiums. Rates would rise even faster than they do now.
Of course Liberal Critics accused the industry of using scare tactics to derail reform.
"They are assuming that people would game the system," said Denise de Percin, executive director of the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative.
You know, people have never gamed the system before.
Gov. Bill Ritter slammed insurance companies in a campaign e-mail last week, calling on America's Health Insurance Plans to retract its "misleading, fear-mongering statement.”
