Bittorrent Traffic Throttling, Seeding Impossible?

Okay so I'm one of the many unlucky pirates out there stuck with f***en comcast. It's throttling all my bittorrent traffic and I can't seed, and it's very frustrating. Is there a solution around this, and yes I've tried encrypting my torrents, it didn't work, my connections keep getting dropped everytime I'm established with a leecher.

I'm pretty sure they stopped doing that some time ago. Nevertheless, I got rid of Comcast after 6 years of using their TV/Internet. I have AT&T Uverse now and I couldn't be happier. It blows Comcast out of the water for the same money.
