problem with users uploading from me in kazaalite

upload speed problems. please help
Maybe someone can answer this for me.

When using Kazaalite
Alot of users trying to upload from me are only getting partial uploads before their upload speed goes to zero or times out. They may only get 10 percent of the file loaded and it will say completed. While others have no problem.
It seems most of the users that are having the problem have low (0) participation while mine is high... does that make a difference?

Are they trying to access the wrong port? Do I have something configured wrong?

I have my incoming port set to 1214 and 80 as an alternate.

I have Norton Personal Firewall 2003 and have looked at it time and time again and can't figure out any configuration I need to change.

Any opinions ?

im gettin a feeling of de ja vous here.....a word to the wise...posting the same thread across more than one forum is likely to incur the wrath of the moderators.

but just to re-iterate - youve done nothing wrong, many of your downloads will appear to finish imcomplete as users are uploading from multiple sources.

I also have the same problem, even before I instaled k++ for the first time, some of my downloads just wouldn't complete, and some of these I was the only source for, so I'd send a message saying these files were real, and to continue downloading. I don't like ppl thinking I share crap.
