Kazaa stops responding

When i start Kazaa it runs well for a few minutes but then it stops responding. I am running the latest version of kazaa and i have windows xp what do i need to do to correct this problem

Go to the directory where you have KaZaA installed, right click on the KaZaA.exe file and chose properties. Go to the "Compatibilty" tab and put a check mark in "Run this program in compatibilty mode for:" and chose Windows 98 / Windows Me. That should do it for you.
