You've been PMing me a lot after I made an offhand joke in a previous thread you've made. I am actually aware of some sites that specialize in this, but the chances of you getting in to them are pretty much nil, so it's pointless to mention them.

You're best shot is using public BitTorrent sites (TPB), eMule, or preferrably using a legit site (www.kvraudio.com) which hosts free vsts.

In any event, it's better to actually understand the VSTs you already have because, for instance, FL Studio, comes with a variety of VSTs with a huge range of sounds you can synthesize. Professional artists all, at some point, synthesize their own stuff.

It's really hard to get any quality out of just presets from VSTs you know little to nothing about. 9 times out of 10, you actually need, at minimum, some detuning skills. Otherwise, you typically wind up producing something that either sounds really looped or a jumble of sounds that may or may not work together. Either way, nothing that can even come close to getting to that professional feel which is why I don't like VSTs that only allow you to do slight modifications rather than be fully customizable.
