We know what happened on day 2, 50% charges dropped. Day 3 begins with Sony and MPAA bitching once again about how 1 download = 1 lost sale. Then they try to make that case that pre-ing a download before it comes out = 10x the damage done. TPB lawyer makes the case that TPB owners are not responsible for what their users do as they only provide a service.
