I haven't been able to connect to the server all day. I know they went down for a couple of hours yesterday to move servers, but it was fine all yesterday afternoon and night.

Anybody have any info on what's up?

I checked the IRC, but no one was there...

Damn thing is down again this morning! Just when I finished a project I was about to upload too.

Hope it comes back up soon. I stopped all my seeding because I was afraid the tracker would not give me credit for it. Does it work that way or can the tracker still tell what you have uploaded?

If the tracker's offline, then you are correct. You wont get credit for them.

Yeah, I'm beginning to think that this server move was a huge mistake. Nothing but problems since then. Hell, the trackers barely worked right when the damned site was up and working the last week.

I once got a message saying the server was down for maintenance but it only came up once...since then nothing.

Well it was back up but now there is more trouble. I had the page open and all of a sudden every link on the page a clicked on started to download something. I don't know what, I stopped it. Then the site went down all together.

I am wondering who is updating the site. Every since the hardware crash things have been buggy as shit.

I just put a lot of work into an upload I was about to start then this happened. ARGHHHH!

It was back up last night with no sign anything had happened and then I get up today and its down again with a 404. Unless I google it and try through the link...then I get a download window about xhttp.php or some such...

This is really starting to irritate me.

Yeah, I am very thankful for that site though. I wouldnt have much interest in P2P if it wasn't for that site. All the other sites are filled with the junk movies people seem to love these days. Its nice to have a site that caters to us weirdos!

Yes, it is indeed very nice and I LOVE the site, I just hate all the drama that comes with it. I would think they could at least create a mailing list of its members (especially since it is not open and they have a set number) that they could use to let people know what the hell is going on. Every time this happens, I check IRC and no one is ever there.

Agree with both: it's the best around but doesn't handle trouble well at all. Reminds me of my most recent girlfriend....

Just went down again a minute ago. I've been on it all night, everything seemed fine. Then POOF...it's gone (just like Kaiser Soze). Wonder how long it will take this time...

I was seeding one of those fancy shmancy bonus movies at 115K/sec, and life appeared to be good. Then an hour later I noticed I wasn't even listed as a seeder. It broke my heart. Life is so unfair. Dreams can be shattered so easily in this life; be it collateral war damage, famine, disease, or no ratio booster. :icon_pale
