Ratio cheating is achieved by tricking the tracker into identifying you as sharing, usually by sending files to a fake recipient. Quite frankly I can care less if you choose to cheat on your ratio. Private sites can detect it and will ban you indefinitely, and if you do it on public sites who cares. Don't know why people are so secretive and anal about the practice, its a non issue really.
