Proxy help?

I am currently staying in a hotel where i have net, but i cant get a single torrent to upload / download. someone mentioned to me to try using a proxy, well i have never set up a proxy and am not really sure how to or if that will even work. the torrent client i am using is Utorrent. any info would be great =0)

I doubt you'll achieve any worth while speeds though. You would still need to forward ports.

For what it's worth... I like using http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html as proxy but there are quite a few.

off topic: I remember staying in a hotel in downtown Boston and the City had free and fast wi-fi. I seeded and downloaded to my heart's content. Boston is a great city.:icon_pira

cool thanks, i'll check it out, the last hotel i was in was nice on the upload i think i was only one on network lol
