Elbitz + Unauthorized IP address

I was a member of Elbitz and I had a decent ratio, well over 1. Now when I try to access Elbitz, I get this message:

403 Forbidden
Unauthorized IP address.

How can I find out what happened to my account and why my IP is unauthorized?
