Try using www.google.com and search for it there. There are thousands of good computer tech sites out there..

Google is your friend....do a search :wings
I've worked with some flat panel stuff....but I'm not really into it so don't go totally by what I say.
Ok you have a CRT monitor at the moment, right? Well you either need a CRT to DVI hook up for use with an LCD monitor or you can pick up a ATi card that comes with one.....
I'd say pick up a killer ATi graphic card....it's worth it...just make sure it has the DVI adapter with it. You can buy them though...for around 8-18 bucks so it doesn't need to be with it. Since I've found ATi to skip putting it in the package when you buy a PCI card....if you have AGP then it should have one in the box.
Anyway goggle is your friend just use the keywords you presented to us here....maybe use "FAQ" too.
Good luck....

ATi Cards suck.. Their driver support sucks and if you want to avoid that headache then go with nvidia.
And the solution for powerman's latest of a long line of computer question is not to get a new video card in any case he will probably have to get a adapter. Do a search to find out the difference.

The cards are soild for the price....the drivers blow, I totally agree with you on that.
If I recall right Power doesn't have a video card other then the Intel 810 crap...so anything would be an improvement.
Anyway yup, all he really needs is a CRT to DVI connector....but if he's willing to blow cash on LCD he might as well snag a decent card to go along with it. And heck it comes with a free DVI from CRT hook up....killing 2 birds with one stone isn't to shabby.

No offense but i dont think that getting a few dollar connector for free is worth the driver headaches and etc..
Also if one is going to have money to burn on a LCD monitor then a good solid video card shouldnt be that much a problem either.
Even i still use a old 15 inch CRT monitor that is at least 5 years old.

seems to me the the place you buy your LCD monitor should have someone to help you. I mean they are not cheap and your forking out cash so ask them where you buy it.
If they really cannot help you that is messed up.
