How do I upload my tracks with bit torrent?

Hi,

This is my first post here and I know absolutely zip about file sharing but I would like to take advantage of some of the file sharing networks out there to spread my music around.

I do not have a permanent internet connection so I rely on uploading tracks via my local library.

How do I make and upload bit torrent files to sites like mininova?

Any help for a total numpty would be appreciated.
