What programm should i use? I've found torrentprivacy service, but it's paid. Do you heard anything about this service?

if its paid, its a scam. There isnt any real way to hide yourself if you are paranoid. Just bite the bullet, and hope you dont win the anti-lotto.

as signa says there's no way to anonymize yourself totally with BT- peer guardian (free) is a good start but only blocks known bad ips

stay off 0 days and pre releases and stick to torrents with big swarms and you minimize your chances of being caught (uploading is the issue)- but like any thing in life there are no guarantees- some torrents are more likely to be monitored than others, the next Hollywood blockbuster released on a CAM rip is more likely to attract attention than a rip of the DVD six months down the line- common sense really

anyone who offers a paid service that claims to be anonymous is a snake oil seller- first sign of trouble they will turn your details over to a court- a seedbox account is a once removed solution but it really does not add in any anonymity

Don't waste your money on paid for service - use the money to buy DVDs instead and for privacy use anonymous p2p to share with friends.

There is no such thing, so far, as 100% anonymous P2P. It was bullshit way back when and it's still bullshit now.

If you want to be safer, you can use private trackers, exclusively, which is certainly not 100%, and/or you could simply go with news groups, which is most likey safer than torrents, but still not 100% secure.

Thats why their is only 20-40 seeds.. The thousands of others are anonymous and cant bee seen.. The 20-40 seeds are just noobs. Imagine a tracker not tracking. Its like a file downloading without being downloaded.

There were some websites that supposidly would dl torrents for you and transfer them to you. Mind you this was about a year or 2 ago that I heard of them. Then you'd have to worry about what logs they keep and such.

As said, theres no real way to be anonymous when using torrents.

why don't you use Pando ? It's a smal app, easy to install, with about nothing to configure, it is free (at least the free version), fast (it DLs for me at the max of my connection: 125/135 ko/s), secure, since end to end encrypted (even the server doesn't know what contains the files), it is similar to torrent system, and you find those "torrents" on Pando forums, and you even can send files to some friend using their mail address... on free version, you can send packages up to 1 GB at the time (on premium version it is quite a lot more don't remember if it is 3 or 5 GB per package)...

if your really paranoid about torrents can always go for a usenet service, most worthwhile one usually offer free encryption. What i had to resort to when i was living on campus at college. I havent really ever heard of anyone getting hassled by downloading with usenet.

there is always some type of a risk in anything you download.Private trackers are just as susceptible of being raided by the police as any public. I would investigate its location and do some reading on the changes coming to p2p file sharing.

Ive been trying torrentprivacy. I just cannot make it work for me, but the support has been pleasant and responsive. they charge, but the segway people who handle the charges seem reliable and helpful also. Im not sure whether my problems with TP are in the system or in me. I cant seem to get my verizon router to open up port 22, although it will open 2222. Both ports are mentioned as essential to the TP client.

Any program relating to anonymity and p2p file sharing does nothing to protect uploader's/downloader's identity. It slows down your pc and offers a false sense of security. If you are really concerned about minimizing your footprint then I would dwell into learning how p2p works and perhaps be also a bit more selective where I decide to login.

Torrent Privacy advertises itself as a VPN. A secure tunnel that they claim will hide your IP address from those on the swarm for a monthly fee.

Others like it are/were Relakks, BT Guard and Torrent Freedom. I'm not sure about any of them other than their claims and that they advertise themselves to be secure VPN tunnels etc and are marketed towards torrent users. Basically, it might, if it's set up right and it works as it says it does, hide your real IP from being harvested by an anti-p2p org monitoring torrent swarms, but it seems to me then you would then be trusting the company with your personal info and how private they would be with it, and that they would be able to maintain your privacy in the event of legal action taken against them. If the authorities come in with a warrant and haul the servers away, could that come back on you? Could it give them a trail right back to you, not just an IP address, with evidence that you were purposefully trying to mask what you are doing? I know of no cases like that, but it's something you might want to consider.
