make rtorrent restart on schedule?

Some private trackers log your ratio but it only updates when/if you reconnect every day. I was wondering if I could somehow make rtorrent restart my downloads every day. . .you know, like stop them all and then "resume".

I know you can schedule commands, but I don't know what commands those are. Any clues?
