SOS New BitTorent User! Adivise Needed

My BitTorent connection stops, why is it so? I've checked my speed as well as the port and it's all fine. I couldn't finish downloading the file I want. It's taking too long.... it's so frustrating I need Help!!!

there could be any number of reasons for this, read brian's bittorrent FAQ (http://btfaq.com/serve/cache/1.html) first, and if it doesn't answer your question, like feather said, come back with specifics - what client, how many seeds and peers, if it's only with this one torrent or all, etc. good luck.

I'm totally new at this stuff so i hope you guys can be patient with me....

I started downloading a video last monday, the first video downloaded ok, just within 2-3 hours. The following videos i tried to download later on didn't farewell...it's the end of the week and the 5 videos I tried to download after the first wouldn't finish....

The DHT Nodes on my Bit Torrent had the yellow exclamation signs indicating no incoming connections.

On my preference I chose Randomize Ports each time BitTorrent starts
Earlier the video is downloading I see 2(4) peers
Now the downloading stopped and no activity is seen for several hours now....it's been 4 hours now and the last 12% has not downloaded

I don't know what to do..... Hope this info helps

OK, that's the announce addy (what you would use if you were uploading).
We need the torrent DL page.

OK. It was uploaded 153 days ago, has one seeder, two leechers and stats have not been updated in 47 days (unless their stat code is fubared).

It would indicate to me that either the seeder seeds only on the weekend, and at a low level of mbps, or he doesn't have the full file.

I could be wrong (I'm just a girl.), but I would look for another.

I now have a a bit clearer understanding now on what's happening. You could be right about the info that you gave me....in fact my Peers have increased and downloading has started to commence....
