gmail to hotmail

Is it just me or is Hotmail blocking incoming gmail? I have sent numerous different emails to my wife and brother and other family with gmail to hotmail before with no problem. But for the past few days it has been coming back as a perminant failure. I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed this situation.

Gee. And there is so much chaos when it happens.

Cant find anything on thier site about it. Just sent support an email but I will probably get a automated responce.
