AP - Comcast Corp., under federal investigation for interfering with the traffic of its Internet subscribers, said Tuesday it wants to develop a "Bill of Rights and Responsibilities" for file sharing.

Comcast has just crowned BitTorrent Inc. and Pando Networks the spokesmen for all p2p users on their networks. Soon they will develop a "bill of rights" that favors these companies and users of their software. Everyone else (the vast majority of traffic on their networks) will get the shaft. I am curious if Comcast has the balls to restrict bandwidth to thousands of file sharers. I for one will drop their shit service quickly.
