I'm betting Tehnice = technical

They lost their DB. All accounts and torrents. So they are having open sign up's for 30,000 people. I posted some of this in the Open Tracker thread.

So basically nothing of the place exists... not even a record of their existing members?... it's just ...criminal negligence! and it sucks! Czone was a favorite of mine. Oh well... looks like it's going to be open for a while now..

Although the site is down, the tracker is working. Last time i checked there were 46 pages of torrents and 8000+ registered users.
