Question!!?

If I have a file that is the same in 2 private trackers, can i add both tracker information to download or upload without suffering any consequences(warned,banned, tortured :icon_monk ...)?

Just dl the torrent from the 2nd tracker, point it to the data, and it will seed. Note that some trackers will have a different NFO, so you may just want to uncheck the NFO file.

but and about upload to both trackers at the same time?

It will upload to both trackers just fine. As I stated earlier though, on the 2nd torrent you add in, I would de-select the NFO and SVF files, just leave the 'core' of the content checked, since the other files can be different from tracker to tracker.
