A pre-release copy of the hit duos upcoming album winds up on the The Pirate Bay well before its official April 8th release date.
I don't usually talk about leaked pre-release albums for there are so many it would be impossible to cover them all. But, in the case of Gnarls Barkley (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnarls_Barkley) I've opted to make an exception.
Their first album "St. Elsewhere" and the hypnotic melody of the single "Crazy" put audiences everywhere on notice that a new sheriff was in town. Mix in their penchant for performing on stage dressed as everything from characters from the Wizard of Oz to Star Wars, from Chefs to Doctors, from Hippies to Astronauts, and you have a pair that are artists in every sense of the word. How many true music artists are out there these days that one can readily speak of?
