I don't see why no one likes audioGnome as an open nap server. It connects to the widest range of servers, is a bit resource hogging, but makes it up with a bizillion files to choose from. All I hear about is WinMX, when I believe audioGnome is truly superior. What do you guys think about audioGnome?

I don't know. It isn't used very much because WinMX usually takes all their OpenNap credit.

I think it really should be used more often, it's obviously superior to WinMX, stupid WMX taken all the credit, I'll blow them in to SMILEY FACE DUST :fire :hole :black

I still use AudioGnome when I go OpenNap and I use WinMx. I like AudioGnome but it would be better if they worked on it more often. I would like to see muti-source come to OpenNap.:gj

Yea, I've noticed audioGnome hasn't put out an update since the year 2001, I really hope they didn't give up on it, (a bunch of people at the old Napster Fourms, including me, tried to get everyone to switch to it when Napster shutdown).

Music Man - On AudioGnome, where you go to view suggestions, that 1st post about multi-source & better interaction with WinMx was posted by me over a year and a half ago - the last time they updated & then it was just an installer. Still my old stand-by for OpenNap.
