*Its my first post here, though I've been a daily visitor for over a year.
I'm currently connected to a college network that restricts our downloads. I'm not exactly sure what is going on. They may be filtering the file extensions or something because when I try to download mp3's or movies, it goes on average at about 0.1k/sec. But when I want to download a .exe file, it goes over 100k/sec. I have no idea what to do. Is there any way at all to get around this? Thanks for your help ya'll.
