This user is not different than anyone else asking questions, the curious thing is this tenacious bastard is using an online translator to try to get help. The real problem is that China isnt too fond of BT and between bandwidth shaping, cuts in internation communication lines and lack of port forwarding knowledge, this person isnt going to get very good help on an English speaking forum.

One of the mods would have to check their sign up IP to tell more.
