Windows Backup Problem

Could someone please advise as to why I am getting the following error message when attempting to make a backup using Windows Backup:

Backup Status
Operation: Backup
Active backup destination: File
Media name: "Backup1.bkf created 1/23/2008 at 12:02"


Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy:800423f4
Aborting Backup.

The operation did not successfully complete.

I have tried fiddling around with settings in the Services menu to no avail.

Next time, include some info besides your fiddling, such as your OS and the important stuff we want to know.

You're not allowed to use a referrence to an early 80's movie in your Title unless you can google successfully.

Cheers man, the only thing I could find on Microsoft Support was about the Volume Copy and SQL.
