Many apologies if there is another thread like this, but I have used the search function and couldn't find something for my specific needs.
My problem is with seeding.
I have many different torrent sites and for some reason my upload isn't being counted on any of them. I just need to know what setting in uTorrent is making this happen. I have already disabled DHT.

cant you just upload your screens to image shack or something like that, it saves the hassel of acctually downloading the file.
have you checked that your ports are forwarded

Under the Tracker Status, what does it say when it announces? What does it say when you do a manual announce?
Cut your pictures down to what you need only with Paint, and then up them to imageshack.

Did you disable local peer discovery and peer exchange? Some trackers will ban you if you don't have these disabled.

have you tried not having like 100 torrents all at once, it takes up space each one.
and are you sure that your isp isnt throttling your speed?

so is that a yes or a not to the isp is throttling yoru speed, it doesnt neccessaryly maen that you pay for a lower bandwith, it is where they cut of your connection to other peers, and it stops your from seeding. that is why did it, it doesnt affect the normal internet browsing.

i don't know the details but i pay for a server package. when people download from my FTP they get 1MB speeds
My home server website is pretty fast too.
The point is I live in NY and my connection is better than most, so I don't think that is the issue here

what trackers are you using? and when do you finish downloading the torrent, like first or like last of the swarm.
and check if your upload speeds are faster when your downloading than when you are seeding

waffles, what.cd, torrentleech, torrent damage, revolutiontt, tvtorrents, bitme.org
and when do you finish downloading the torrent, like first or like last of the swarm.Dont know what that means.

I think they are

well basically, what i mean by finishing downloading a torrent is, are you like one of the first leechers to finish, and so it is like 2 seeders ( which includes you) seeding to 50 users? or is it where you finish then it is like 20 seeding to 20 leechers.
where are you? like in a school or a work?
cause it could be peergardian blocking you

whats peer guardian?

peer guardian is a program that is used by many p2p and bittorrent (espcially bittorent) users, as it filters out all of the bad ips, such as the RIAA and the government and the people that would want to trace you and connect to your computer. but with this it also blocks schools and advertisments and some companies.

if that were my issue then i would never be able to seed anywhere and my ratio would be horrible.
i used to be able to seed on these sites before i formatted.
This tells me it's settings in uTorrent that I need to change, which is what this thread is about.
We are ruling out ISP issues here 100%

ok so no ips issuses.
you have unticked the enable UPnP port mapping - right
everytihing with DHT and peer exchange are all unticked
and you dont haev a firewall or antivirus blocking anything right
to make this easier for me could you just upload your utorrent setting screen shots on a web host, it would be easier for me to see

well firstly uncheck the enable UPnP pot maping and uncheck enable NAT-PMP port mapping
they are not needed and they should not be checked.
and uncheck the peer exchange - that is a big problem
and change your seeding rule
go to queing> seed while> and where it says ratio is = you put -1 for some reason, change that to like 1000 or 500 something big.
see if that helps and let me know :)

My problem is not with them NOT uploading.
It's that Im uploading like crazy but the trackers refuse to acknowledge that I have uploaded tons of gigs to them.

then you should take some screen shots, and show them to the staff. cause it must then a problem at their side.
